Privacy Policy
This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how you can control it.

Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how Bright Core Technologies ("we", "us") handles information when you use our website or our applications published on app stores.
We follow one clear principle: collect as little as possible, process on your device whatever can be processed locally, and never sell your data to anyone.
Information we collect
Our website does not require an account and does not collect personal information about you while you browse.
If you contact us by email or through the contact form, we receive what you choose to send: your name, your email address and the content of your message. We use it only to reply to you.
Our hosting provider (GitHub Pages) may keep anonymous technical logs including IP address and browser type for security and operational purposes.
Files processed by our applications
Our file-tool applications, such as DocHub — PDF Tools, are designed to work on your device first.
- Files you select stay on your device and are not uploaded to our servers.
- We do not read the contents of your documents and we do not keep copies of them.
- We do not request permissions that the feature itself does not need.
If we ever add a feature that relies on cloud processing, we will ask for your explicit consent before using it, and we will document it in this policy and on the app page.
How we use information
We use the information you send us exclusively to:
- Reply to your enquiries and support requests.
- Discuss a potential project if you contact us about one.
- Meet legal obligations where they exist.
We do not use your data for marketing and we do not send unsolicited messages.
Data sharing
We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.
Data may be shared only in limited cases: where the law requires it, to protect our legal rights, or with service providers acting on our behalf under a confidentiality agreement and only to the extent needed to deliver the service.
App stores and third-party services
When you install our apps from Google Play, Google collects data relating to the download and usage under Google's own privacy policy. We do not control or access that data.
Our apps may use core services provided by the operating system, such as Google Play services, to update the app or report crashes. Those services are governed by their providers' policies.
Data retention
We keep email correspondence for as long as needed to answer your enquiry and then for a short, ordinary archival period. You can ask us to delete your correspondence at any time.
Data security
Our website is served over HTTPS, and access to contact data is limited to those who need it.
No system can guarantee absolute security, but we follow reasonable practices proportionate to the nature of the data we hold.
Children's privacy
Our services are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has sent us data, contact us and we will delete it.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- Know what data we hold about you.
- Correct any inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your data.
- Object to a particular processing of your data.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at the address below and we will respond within a reasonable period.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our services or legal requirements change. The updated version will be published on this page with a new last-updated date.
